How do I send the payment for my order?

Payments can be made via BPI or BDO Deposit and Paypal. Shipping cost is computed upon checkout. For payment via Paypal, please note that additional fees apply. For payment via bank deposit, kindly notify us by e-mailing a copy of your deposit slip to shop@abbey-sy.com. Payment must be transferred within 3 days that the order has been made.

 

How do I ensure that my personal and account info are private?

Rest assured that all personal information collected are handled with utmost privacy. Bank or credit card info will not be stored in our database. Customer can also opt to pay via Paypal for a secured and hassle-free online transaction.

 

How will my order be shipped?

Once the payment has been verified, allow 3-5 business days for the order to be processed and shipped via Xend. Please note that Xend may transfer shipment to a third party provider for provincial orders. Tracking number is provided upon customer’s request. You may track your order via xend.com.ph.

 

When will I receive my order?

Delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on location. The shop is not liable for any delayed or lost packages.

 

The item that I want is out of stock. How can I be updated once you restock them?

When a product is sold out, click the “Notify Me” tab to receive an update via e-mail once the item has been restocked.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship within the Philippines only. For international orders of Abbey Sy’s books, please visit rainbowholic-shop.com.

 

Help! Why do I keep getting an error message when entering my address?

Kindly double check your billing and/or shipping address and ensure that they are complete and correct. Please check any typos and spell out abbreviated words. If you continue to have problems, please contact shop@abbey-sy.com for assistance.

 

Can I add more item/s to an order that I placed?

Please contact shop@abbey-sy.com so that we can manually include the item/s that you would like to add to your order.

 

Can I cancel my order?

As long as you have not transferred the payment yet, we can cancel your order. Kindly e-mail shop@abbey-sy.com with your order number to request for an order cancellation.

 

Can I return my order?

In the event that the item you have received is damaged, please e-mail shop@abbey-sy.com to request for an exchange within 7 days upon the delivery of your order. Please be advised that the date of delivery will based on the record found on the courier’s website. Once approved, the damaged item/s must be returned to the shop. Shipping costs for the exchange will be covered by us.
